If you are a parent experiencing chronic stress, fatigue & burnout, or if your past life experiences have you stuck in anxiety or shame-spirals that seems to have no “off” switch, then perhaps I can help.
I believe we’re all pattern-makers. Without awareness, we often get stuck repeating old responses that once helped us survive but no longer support the life we’re trying to build. The hopeful part? New patterns are possible. Together, we can bring compassion, context, and science to your experiences so you can understand what’s happening inside you, not with judgment, but with clarity. From there, we can help you develop the skills and awareness that open the door to new ways of thinking, feeling, and being in the world. My work often focuses on helping people heal their relationship with themselves, and by extension, their relationships with those they care about most.
I offer individual and relationship counselling. I have additional training and experience supporting folks with developmental and relational trauma, PTSD, mood disorders like anxiety, depression and bipolar, perinatal mental health challenges, ADHD and other neurodivergence, substance use and misuse, and borderline personality disorder. I practice from a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and affirming stance.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC. I have completed my Masters in Counselling Psychology from Adler University, and my Bachelors majoring in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Counselling from Simon Fraser University. I am an elder millennial, a parent, and a sometimes-cross-fitter (though I won’t challenge you to a push-up contest, I promise). Clients often describe me as warm, relatable, and accepting, with a direct, grounded approach when it’s needed most.
